Complete Health Assessment ($9.99 one-time)
A personalised plan combining all calculators in one report: exact calorie target, body fat estimate, heart-rate training zones, a 3-day meal plan, shopping list, and a downloadable PDF. A one-time payment of $9.99 is required for access. No subscription or account required. Payment is processed securely via PayPal.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
3. Eligibility
To use this Service, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age (or older if required by applicable law in your jurisdiction)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
- Provide accurate information when using the calculators for best results
If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Our calculators accept a minimum age input of 15. Results for individuals under 18 may be less accurate as health formulas are primarily validated for adults.
4. Free Service
Our free calculators are available to all users without registration or payment. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Embedding Our Widgets (Attribution Required)
We offer free embeddable widgets, such as the BMI calculator available at smarthealthcalculators.com/embed. You may embed these widgets on your own website at no cost, subject to the following conditions:
- The "Powered by Smart Health Calculators" attribution and the accompanying link to our website must remain visible and intact, exactly as supplied in the embed code.
- You may not remove, hide, obscure, resize to the point of illegibility, relabel, or otherwise alter the attribution, branding, or link.
- You may not modify the widget code in a way that strips the attribution or misrepresents the widget as your own.
A white-label license, which permits use of the widget without our branding or link, may be available for a fee. To request white-label use, contact us at smarthealthcalculators@gmail.com.
We grant the embedding license on the condition that attribution is preserved. If the attribution or link is removed or altered without a white-label license, the license to embed the widget is revoked automatically and you must remove the widget from your site.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Our Refund Commitment
Because the Complete Health Assessment is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be satisfied — if you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your plan, we will make it right.
6.1 Eligibility for Refund
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- You were charged but did not receive access to your plan due to a technical error on our part
- The PDF failed to generate and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours
- You were charged more than once for the same assessment
6.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- You have successfully accessed and viewed your plan results
- You changed your mind after completing the purchase
- You entered inaccurate data and received a plan based on that data — please review your inputs carefully before purchasing
- The plan content did not meet personal expectations (the contents are clearly described before purchase)
6.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email smarthealthcalculators@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include your PayPal transaction ID and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
6.4 No Subscription — No Cancellation Required
The Complete Health Assessment is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. You will never be charged again after your initial $9.99 payment.

Health calculations are estimates based on established scientific formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor, US Navy Method, Robinson Formula, etc.). Individual results vary based on factors not captured by these formulas, including genetics, medical conditions, and body composition. We strive for accuracy but make no warranty that the calculations are error-free or suitable for any specific individual.
7.3 "As Is" Service
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The mathematical formulas used in our calculators (Mifflin-St Jeor, Robinson Formula, US Navy Body Fat Method, etc.) are established scientific formulas in the public domain. Our specific implementation, UI, content, and organization are proprietary.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service should first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at smarthealthcalculators@gmail.com.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement of intellectual property rights.
