We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

  • Premium results were never unlocked due to a payment processing error
  • Duplicate charge for the same purchase

  • Email report was successfully delivered
  • Changed your mind after accessing premium results

  • Dissatisfaction with calculation results (health formulas are estimates)

1. What You're Purchasing

When you purchase the Complete Health Assessment (Premium), you are purchasing a digital service that provides:

  • Immediate access to all premium calculator results (Body Fat %, TDEE, Calorie Goal, Heart Rate Zones)
  • A personalized PDF report you can download
  • An email delivery of your complete health report
  • Personalized 3-day meal plans based on your dietary preference
  • Workout recommendations and progress timeline
  • 24-hour access window from the time of purchase

Because this is a digital product that is made immediately available to you, standard consumer protections for physical goods do not apply. However, we stand behind the quality of our service and will gladly assist if something goes wrong technically.

2. Our Refund Commitment

We believe in fair treatment of our customers. If you paid for the premium assessment and were unable to access the service due to a technical failure on our end, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligible Scenarios for Full Refund:

Payment Taken, No Access Granted

PayPal charged you but the premium results were not unlocked on our website.

PDF Download Failed

You accessed the premium results but were unable to download the PDF due to a technical error on our server (not a browser issue on your end).

Email Not Received

You requested the email report but it was never delivered and is not in your spam folder, confirmed by our email delivery logs.

Duplicate Charge

You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment processing error.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Because our service involves digitally delivered content, the following situations are not eligible for refunds:

Service already used: If you successfully accessed premium results, downloaded the PDF, or received the email report, the digital product has been delivered and the purchase is final.

Change of mind: We are unable to provide refunds if you simply changed your mind after successfully accessing the premium content.

Dissatisfaction with health results: Our calculations are based on established scientific formulas and are estimates. Individual results vary. Dissatisfaction with what the calculator shows is not grounds for a refund, though we encourage you to reach out if you believe a result is technically incorrect.

Late requests: Refund requests made more than 48 hours after the time of purchase are not eligible.

User-side issues: Technical failures caused by your device, browser, email spam filters, or internet connection are not refundable. We recommend trying a different browser or device before requesting a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at smarthealthcalculators@gmail.com within 48 hours of your purchase with the following information:

Include in Your Email:

  1. Subject line: "Refund Request — [Date of Purchase]"
  2. PayPal Transaction ID: Found in your PayPal receipt email
  3. Date and time of purchase
  4. Email address used for the transaction or to receive the report
  5. Description of the issue: What happened and what you expected to happen
  6. Screenshot (if applicable): Any error message you encountered

Before requesting a refund: Please try these steps first — (1) Refresh the page and try downloading again, (2) Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari), (3) Check your spam/junk folder for the email report, (4) Clear your browser cache. This resolves most technical issues instantly.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original PayPal payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement. We cannot issue refunds to a different account than the one used for the original purchase.

6. PayPal Buyer Protection & Disputes

You may also be protected under PayPal's Buyer Protection policy. If you believe there is an issue with your purchase that we have not resolved, you have the right to open a dispute directly through PayPal's Resolution Center within 180 days of your transaction.

However, we strongly encourage you to contact us first at smarthealthcalculators@gmail.com. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly, and contacting us directly is the fastest path to a resolution.

Note: Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in delays and complications. We always prefer to resolve issues amicably and directly.
